Biomolecular Simulations Group

The group is placed at Intitut Pasteur of Montevideo in Uruguay. The main object of the group is to model biomedical systems. For that porpoise, several theoretical approaches are applied (molecular dynamics, homology modelling, docking and so on), over all atom and coarse grain models.
